UK RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. Your item(s) must be sent in the same condition as you received it. If the item(s) is significantly not in the same condition as it was shipped, the item(s) will be sent back to you. You will be responsible for paying the costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns and exchanges please email sales@odyoutofthisworld.com.

 

EU & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying the costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Provided the documentation of the return is correct, the VAT paid will also be refund. For returns please email sales@odyoutofthisworld.com.

Orders under €150 worth of product. All Tax is Included in price

US ORDERS

All orders to the United States of America. Tariffs are included in prices.

 

REST OF THE WORLD ORDERS

Taxes and duties are not included in our prices. These may be requested after purchase by the customs of your country.

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

If any customs charges incur, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Ody, unless stated otherwise above. Orders made outside of the UK may incur import duties due to independence of the United Kingdom after Brexit.
