UK RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received. If an item is returned in a significantly different condition, it will be sent back to you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EU & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your item(s). Returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return has been received and the documentation has been verified as correct, any VAT paid will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
